Streetwise ASB Case Management System

As of 1st April 2019, the Streetwise Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Case Management System will be hosted by Housing Partners Ltd (HPL).

What is Streetwise?

Streetwise is the system used by the City of London Housing Service to record incidents of tenancy breach, ASB, or domestic abuse and offer support to safeguard victims and discourage repeat offences.

What does HPL do with the data?

HPL processes the data I order to provide the above service, store the data in line with their back-up policy and carry out recovery in the event of data loss in line with their disaster recovery process.

What data is processed by HPL?

The names, addresses and contact information of victims, alleged perpetrators and witnesses. These can include the information of children. Data may include special categories of personal data where that data is directly related to the incident e.g. hate-related abuse.

How long is my data held for by HPL?

The data will be held for the duration of the City of London’s Contract with the service provider. Once a tenancy ends, the data is only held for seven years.
